Beef Stew

Ingredients:
- Beef with bones 1/2 kg
- Chicken cube 2
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Potato 1
- Chopped carrot 1
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- Whole red chilies 6-8
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon 2 sticks
- Cloves 6
- Cardamoms 6
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put meat and water in big pan.
- Now put cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, whole red chilies and oil and cook until meat tender.
- When meat tenders, put black pepper, all spice powder, salt, chicken cube and red chili powder and roast for 1-2 minutes.
- Then put brown onion, tomatoes, potato, carrot and 1 cup water, mix it and cook for 10 minutes.
- When gravy is thick, take it out in serving bowl.
- For decoration: Put 5-6 green chilies on top and serve.
- Beef stew is ready.
Beef Stew is type of gravy. It is prepared with beef and vegetables. You can make it with lentils and mutton. Serve it with sheermal.
