Sarsoon Ka Saag

Ingredients:
- Sarsoon ka saag (mustard leaves) 1 kg
- Spinach 1/2 kg
- Fenugreek leaves 3 bunches
- Green chilies 6-8
- Garlic cloves 6
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Makai flour 3 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 6
- Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Clean saag and wash it.
- Boil saag with 1 cup water.
- Now cook with green chilies, garlic and salt for 30 minutes.
- Then take it out and grind in chopper.
- Heat ghee, put whole red chilies, ginger and grinded saag and fry it.
- Then put yogurt and water, add makai flour and serve with makai ki roti.
Sarsoon Ka Saag is tasty vegetable dish. It is popular dish in Punjab, India and Pakistan. It is prepared with mustard leaves, spinach and fenugreek leaves. It is served with makai ki roti.
