Shahi Chicken Charga Pulao

Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
- Small cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Mace 1/4 tsp
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Boiled eggs 2
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Silver paper as required
- French fries for serve
For Rice:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Almonds, Pistachios slice 2 tbsp
Method:
- Cut chicken, marinate with salt, papaya, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, red chili powder, all spice, lemon juice and yellow color, mix it and steam chicken for 30 minutes.
- Chicken cools, mix 1 egg, mix with marinate and deep fry it.
- For rice: Heat ghee, put ginger garlic paste, brown onion, all spice, fennel seeds, 2 cups water, soaked rice and salt, cover it and cook it.
- Then add nutmeg, mace and cardamom powder and simmer it.
- Now fry almonds and pistachios in ghee and keep it aside.
- For serve: Take out rice in platter, put fried charga, boiled eggs, french fries, silver paper and fried almonds & pistachios and serve.
