Brain Cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Goat brain 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili 1
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 2 oz
  • Salt, Black pepper to taste
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Bread 1 slice

Method:

  1. Take out the brain, wash it and cook in water until it is ready.
  2. Take it out and remove veins with spoon and fork.
  3. Soak bread slice in water.
  4. Cut onion and green chili finely.
  5. Drain water of bread slice and mix with cooked brain.
  6. Put flour, salt, black pepper, green chili and and mix it (if the mixture is sticky do not use egg).
  7. Then make kabab and coat with bread crumb.
  8. Then dip in beaten egg and fry.
