Ingredients:
- Goat brain 1
- Onion 1
- Green chili 1
- Egg 1
- Flour 2 oz
- Salt, Black pepper to taste
- Bread crumbs as required
- Bread 1 slice
Method:
- Take out the brain, wash it and cook in water until it is ready.
- Take it out and remove veins with spoon and fork.
- Soak bread slice in water.
- Cut onion and green chili finely.
- Drain water of bread slice and mix with cooked brain.
- Put flour, salt, black pepper, green chili and and mix it (if the mixture is sticky do not use egg).
- Then make kabab and coat with bread crumb.
- Then dip in beaten egg and fry.
