Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies few
  • Red chili powder 3/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 1-1/2 thin small pieces

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put cumin, ginger, chicken pieces and 1 tomato and fry it on low flame until gravy is dry.
  2. Then add remaining tomato and green chilies.
  3. Heat little oil, fry cumin seeds and give bhagar to chicken.
  4. Serve with coriander leaves and sour limes.
