- Chicken 1 kg
- Tomatoes 2
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies few
- Red chili powder 3/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger 1-1/2 thin small pieces
Method:
- Heat oil, put cumin, ginger, chicken pieces and 1 tomato and fry it on low flame until gravy is dry.
- Then add remaining tomato and green chilies.
- Heat little oil, fry cumin seeds and give bhagar to chicken.
- Serve with coriander leaves and sour limes.
