Ingredients:
- Chicken 1
- Garlic cloves 3-4
- Papaya ¼ tsp
- Red chili 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 medium
- Ginger 30 gm
- Green chilies 4
- Curd 115 gm
- Oil for basting
Method:
- Cut chicken into 2 leg pieces and 2 breast pieces.
- Grind ginger, garlic, green chilies, red chili powder,
onion and papaya and make a paste.
- Mix paste with curd and add salt.
- Marinate chicken with mixture and keep it aside for
about 2 hours.
- Brush the chicken pieces with oil and cook on a grill
or coal fire.
- Turn chicken around a few times until it is brown on
both sides.
- Serve with onion rings and lemon.
