Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  • Milk boiled 1-1/2 kg or 2 tins large ideal
  • Unsweetened 32 ounces
  • Mixture of milk 1 lb
  • Cream 1 tin
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Vanilla 1/2 tbsp
  • Cocoa 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Pour milk, cream, butter and sugar in large saucepan.
  2. Boil until thick.
  3. Stir at intervals.
  4. Put cocoa in mixture of milk and stir until it dissolves.
  5. Pour into milk.
  6. Keep on stirring until completely thickens.
  7. All this requires two hours.
  8. Take a plate, spread some butter on it, pour chocolate into it and press with butter paper to make smooth.
  9. After it is cooled (2 hours) cut into small pieces.
  10. After the mixture is thickened, pour vanilla, to give a pleasing smell.
