Ingredients:
- Milk boiled 1-1/2 kg or 2 tins large ideal
- Unsweetened 32 ounces
- Mixture of milk 1 lb
- Cream 1 tin
- Butter 4 oz
- Vanilla 1/2 tbsp
- Cocoa 2 tbsp
Method:
- Pour milk, cream, butter and sugar in large saucepan.
- Boil until thick.
- Stir at intervals.
- Put cocoa in mixture of milk and stir until it
dissolves.
- Pour into milk.
- Keep on stirring until completely thickens.
- All this requires two hours.
- Take a plate, spread some butter on it, pour chocolate
into it and press with butter paper to make smooth.
- After it is cooled (2 hours) cut into small pieces.
- After the mixture is thickened, pour vanilla, to give
a pleasing smell.
