Chocolate Ganache Cookies

Ingredients:

For Chocolate Cookie:

  • Butter 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Maida 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar rolling cookies 1/4 cup

For Chocolate Ganache Filling:

  • Chopped chocolate 200 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For cookies: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Then add egg and mix it nicely.
  3. Now add cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and vanilla essence.
  4. Then take out mixture with scoop and make in shape of balls.
  5. Now put sugar in bowl, put each balls in bowl and coat with sugar.
  6. Now keep cookie dough on sheet with 1-1/2 inch distance apart and bake for 8-10 minutes or till light brown.
  7. Now cool it completely.
  8. For chocolate ganache: Heat cream on low flame and add chocolate.
  9. Melt until smooth.
  10. Put 1 tsp ganache filling on one side of cookie, cover with second cookie and serve.

Chocolate Ganache Cookies is amazing cookies. Chocolate cream mixture ins spread on one cookie and covered with other cookie. You can make it at home easily.
