Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 1 kg
  • Sweet corn 1 tin
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Bread slices 4
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour as required
  • Parsley as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash tomatoes, boil with water, cool it and blend in blender.
  2. Now put again in pot, also add jaggery, tomato ketchup and white pepper and cook it little.
  3. Then dissolve corn flour in little water, put in pot, thick it while stirring it and then put salt.
  4. Make cubes of bread slices and deep fry.
  5. When golden brown, spread on tissue paper.
  6. Then put sweet corn in small soup bowls and put hot soup.
  7. Then put 3-4 bread cubes.
  8. Then add cream and parsley and serve hot.

Tomato Soup is amazing and yummy soup. It is prepared with tomatoes and corn. Topped with cream, parsley and fried bread cubes.
