Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 1 kg
- Sweet corn 1 tin
- Fresh cream 1 packet
- Bread slices 4
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Jaggery 1 tbsp
- Corn flour as required
- Parsley as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash tomatoes, boil with water, cool it and blend in blender.
- Now put again in pot, also add jaggery, tomato ketchup and white pepper and cook it little.
- Then dissolve corn flour in little water, put in pot, thick it while stirring it and then put salt.
- Make cubes of bread slices and deep fry.
- When golden brown, spread on tissue paper.
- Then put sweet corn in small soup bowls and put hot soup.
- Then put 3-4 bread cubes.
- Then add cream and parsley and serve hot.
Tomato Soup is amazing and yummy soup. It is prepared with tomatoes and corn. Topped with cream, parsley and fried bread cubes.
