Fish Malai Kofta

Ingredients:
- Fish boiled 400 gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Green chilies 2
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread slices 2
For Gravy:
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 3
- Green chilies 2
- Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Ginger paste 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put all ingredients of koftay in food processor, make paste and make balls.
- Then shallow fry koftay in pan until golden.
- When koftay becomes crispy, take out in dish and keep it aside.
- Fry onion in big pan until golden.
- Then add all ingredients of gravy and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then add koftay in this mixture, cook for 5 minutes and serve with rice.
