Fish Malai Kofta

Ingredients:

  • Fish boiled 400 gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slices 2

For Gravy:

  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients of koftay in food processor, make paste and make balls.
  2. Then shallow fry koftay in pan until golden.
  3. When koftay becomes crispy, take out in dish and keep it aside.
  4. Fry onion in big pan until golden.
  5. Then add all ingredients of gravy and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Then add koftay in this mixture, cook for 5 minutes and serve with rice.

Fish Malai Kofta is delicious dish. Its flavors are amazing. It is served with rice. You must try this koftay.
