Chatpati Murgh Boti Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 500 gm
  • Boiled pasta 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Crushed whole coriander 2 tsp
  • Black peppercorn 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup

For Gravy:

  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Roasted whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Ginger slices 2

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste and chicken and cook until color of chicken changes.
  2. Add salt and black pepper and cook until chicken tender.
  3. Then boil pasta with salt in pan, dry it and keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in other pan, fry onion until golden brown, add garlic and fry it.
  5. Now add tomatoes and gravy, saute it and cook more.
  6. Then add pasta, whole coriander, ginger slices and lemon juice, cook for 2-3 minutes and serve.

Chatpati Murgh Boti Pasta is amazing dish. Pasta & chicken is cooked and served in tomatoes gravy.
