Prawn Masala

Ingredients:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- Onions 3
- Tomatoes 3
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
- Jaggery 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion until light golden.
- Add prawns and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add tomatoes. add garlic, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin, green chilies and 1/2 cup water, cook for 10-15 minutes and saute it nicely.
- Now add tamarind pulp and jaggery, mix it nicely, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Prawn Masala is delicious dish. Masala is prepared with tomatoes and cooked with prawns & green chilies. Serve with rice.
