Ingredients:
For Bhaji:
- Boiled spinach 1 cup
- Chopped carrot 100 gm
- Peas 100 gm
- Peeled & chopped potatoes 150 gm
- Cauliflower 200 gm
- Chopped tomato 3
- Chopped onions 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 2-3
- Chopped onions 2
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves for garnish
For Raita:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Crushed & roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For bhaji: Put potatoes, spinach, carrot, cauliflower, tomatoes and peas in pot.
- Also add some water, mix it nicely and roast it.
- Heat butter in pan, add onion, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice, mix it nicely and roast it.
- Then mix this mixture in vegetables mixture nicely and cook it.
- Now mash it and cook on low flame.
- Bhaji is ready.
- For bun: Cut bun into 2 parts.
- Then put butter on tawa and toast it.
- For raita: Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat it nicely.
- Raita is ready.
- For serving: Put bhaji in serving plate.
- Now put butter.
- Then put green chilies and chaat masala.
- Then garnish with onion and coriander leaves.
- Then serve with raita and hot bun.
