Malai Boti Gravy

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Shashlik sticks as required
  • Oil for fry

For Gravy:

  • Onion paste 2
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 10
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into small small pieces, put green chilies paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, egg and black pepper and mix it.
  2. Now skew on shashlik sticks, fry in hot oil and take it out.
  3. Put yogurt, salt, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes in blender and blend it.
  4. Now heat oil in wok, add butter, also put onion paste and fry it.
  5. Then add yogurt masala, roast it, close stove, put fried chicken and cream.

Malai Boti Gravy is tasty dish. It is prepared with chicken boneless and served in yogurt & tomato gravy. You can serve it with rice or naan.
