Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Shashlik sticks as required
- Oil for fry
For Gravy:
- Onion paste 2
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Garlic cloves 6
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 10
- Butter 50 gm
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Cut chicken into small small pieces, put green chilies paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, egg and black pepper and mix it.
- Now skew on shashlik sticks, fry in hot oil and take it out.
- Put yogurt, salt, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes in blender and blend it.
- Now heat oil in wok, add butter, also put onion paste and fry it.
- Then add yogurt masala, roast it, close stove, put fried chicken and cream.
Malai Boti Gravy is tasty dish. It is prepared with chicken boneless and served in yogurt & tomato gravy. You can serve it with rice or naan.
