Ingredients:

  • Potatoes cubes 4
  • Peas peeled 1 cup
  • Carrot finely chopped 2
  • Flat green beans chopped 8
  • Dill finely chopped 2 bunches
  • Fenugreek leaves chopped 4
  • Button red chilies 4-6
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic peeled 4 cloves
  • Lemon juice as required
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok, fry potatoes cubes and take it out.
  2. Then fry garlic cloves in wok until golden brown.
  3. Now put all vegetables, turmeric, salt, red chilies, green chilies and cumin and simmer it.
  4. Water of vegetable dries, put lemon juice and serve hot.

Mixed Sabzi is tasty dish. It is easy and simple dish to make. You can add more vegetables. You can serve it in breakfast.
