Ingredients:
- Pumpkin (rings & boiled) 1/2 pound
- Fish boiled 1/2 pound
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1/2 pint
- Cheese 1-1/2 oz
- Bread crumb 2 oz
- Butter 1-1/2 oz
- Salt, black pepper and mustard to taste
Method:
- Boil fish in a little water with a 1 tsp salt.
- After it is ready, remove skin and thorns with knife
and fork.
- Beat eggs.
- Add 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp mustard
and 1/2 tsp salt and beat.
- Pour milk and keep on beating.
- Grease pie dish with butter.
- Put a layer of fish (do not mash), then layer of
grated cheese, then layer of pumpkin.
- Repeat above step again.
- Then cover with bread crumb.
- Put above three lumps of butter.
- See that the dish is cleaned on sides.
- Then bake for 30
minutes and serve.
