Ingredients:
- Eggs 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Broccoli 4 stalks
- Cabbage leaves 3
- French beans 3 stalks
- Virgin oil 2 tbsp
- Salt, black pepper, lemon juice and sugar to taste
Method:
- Cube or dice eggs and tomatoes.
- Pluck broccoli flowers from stalks and use stalks also.
- Cut cabbage leaves into two.
- Slice French beans and then cut into two.
- Toss all vegetables in virgin oil with salt, pepper,
lemon juice and sugar.
