Ingredients:
- Macaroni 4 oz
- Cheese 4 oz
- Milk 4 oz
- Eggs 2
- Butter 1 oz
- Salt, black pepper, mustard (ground), tomato sauce as
required
Method:
- Boil 1 pint of water with 1/2 tsp salt.
- When water begins to boil, put macaroni and boil for 2
minutes.
- Cover bowl, but keep it open a little.
- Grease pie dish with butter.
- Grate cheese and beat eggs.
- Put milk slowly into it and put black pepper, salt and
mustard to make it tasty.
- Take out macaroni and cool.
- Cover bottom of pie dish with macaroni, then put layer
of cheese and then spread tomato sauce over it.
- Repeat this process thrice.
- This should be kept half an inch down of pie dish,
otherwise bubbling will flow out. Put four lumps of butter on four corners and
one in center in dish.
- Wipe out every dirty thing from sides of the dish,
otherwise it will get burnt.
- Put the dish in an oven.
This requires three quarter of an hour to get ready.
