Ingredients:
- Minced beef or mutton 1 pound
- Egg 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Steak sauce 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Lettuce leaves 3
- Cheese 2 slice
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Method:
- Preheat grill on high heat.
- In medium bowl, mix mince, egg, garlic ginger paste
and onion.
- Mix in steak sauce until mixture is sticky.
- Make 3 or 4 balls and flatten into pattie.
- Grill for about 10 minutes, turning once or to your
desired degree of doneness.
- Spread mayonnaise on bun.
- Place slices of tomato, lettuce and cheese on bun.
- Place pattie on trimmings and form into a burger.
