Ingredients:
- Tangerine 1
- Yellow capsicum 1
- Olives 2
- Cabbage leaves 2
- Tomato 1
- Salt, black pepper, red chili powder and vinegar to
taste
Method:
- Cut tomato and yellow capsicum into thin strips.
- Cut cabbage leaves into 3 or 4 pieces.
- Peel tangerine, remove seeds and cut into pieces.
- Mix vinegar, sugar salt and red chili powder to above
ingredients and mix well. Decorate with olives.
