Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
For Batter:
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Carom 1/2 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Maida 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Marinate fish with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and vinegar for 1 hour.
- Put eggs, milk, carom, cumin, salt, maida and corn flour in pot, mix it and dip fish pieces in this mixture.
- Now heat oil in pan, fry fish pieces and serve.
Anda Fry Machali is delicious dish. It is similar to fried fish. Fish is marinated, dipped in egg mixture and fried.
