Ingredients:

  • Fine flour 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl, knead soft dough and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now make small small balls and leave for 20 minutes.
  3. Then roll it.
  4. Now heat tawa and fry parathay.

Elachi Paratha is new variety paratha. Cardamom powder and milk are added in this recipe. You must try this recipe.
