Ingredients:
- Fine flour 1/2 kg
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Water as required
Method:
- Put all ingredients in bowl, knead soft dough and leave for 1 hour.
- Now make small small balls and leave for 20 minutes.
- Then roll it.
- Now heat tawa and fry parathay.
