Ingredients:

  • Tea 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Rose leaves 1 tbsp
  • Red sharbat 1/2 cup
  • Almond, Pistachio (finely chopped) 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put tea in pan and cook it.
  2. Now cook rose leaves and milk in other pan.
  3. When khewa is ready, add in milk, put red sharbat and take out in cups.
  4. Then put almond and pistachio and serve.

Gulabo Chai is amazing tea. Rose leaves and red sharbat are used to prepared this dish. Try this tea at home.
