Bread & Cheese Pudding

Ingredients:
- Bread slice 6-8
- Cottage cheese 2 packets
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Small cardamom 8
- Sugar 1 bowl
- Khoya 125 gm
- Water 1/2 cup
- Raisins 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Almonds, Pistachios as required
Method:
- Cut all sides of bread slices.
- Heat oil in wok and deep fry bread slices.
- When golden brown take it out.
- Now put milk, khoya and small cardamom in pot and cook it.
- When it is thick, dissolve corn flour in little milk, mix in milk, cook for 2 minutes and remove it.
- Then mix sugar and water and make syrup.
- When sugar dissolves, put grated cheese, cook for 2 minutes and remove it.
- Then make layer of milk in wide and deep dish, cut bread slices into 2 pieces and spread on milk.
- Then put almonds, pistachios, 1/4 cup raisins and cheese syrup.
- Then put milk, cheese syrup and 1/4 cup raisins again, cool it and serve cold.
