Prawn & Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Medium prawns 1 packet
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Finely chopped garlic cloves 8
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

To Wash Prawns:

  • White vinegar 1 tbsp

To Garnish:

  • Finely chopped green onion leaves 1 cup

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak it.
  2. Then drain its water and boil in fresh water.
  3. Also put vinegar and salt.
  4. When it boils, drain it and simmer it.
  5. Now put oil in wok, fry garlic cloves until golden brown, add prawns and roast it slightly.
  6. Then put soya sauce, vinegar, chicken cube flour and sugar.
  7. Then put green chilies and rice.
  8. Now stir fry it and put sesame oil.
  9. Then add some salt, put green onion leaves and serve hot.

Prawn & Garlic Fried Rice is tasty & delicious rice. It is prepared with different ingredients. You can add some vegetables.
