Prawn & Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- Medium prawns 1 packet
- Rice 2 cups
- Finely chopped garlic cloves 8
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
To Wash Prawns:

- Finely chopped green onion leaves 1 cup
Method:
- Wash rice and soak it.
- Then drain its water and boil in fresh water.
- Also put vinegar and salt.
- When it boils, drain it and simmer it.
- Now put oil in wok, fry garlic cloves until golden brown, add prawns and roast it slightly.
- Then put soya sauce, vinegar, chicken cube flour and sugar.
- Then put green chilies and rice.
- Now stir fry it and put sesame oil.
- Then add some salt, put green onion leaves and serve hot.
Prawn & Garlic Fried Rice is tasty & delicious rice. It is prepared with different ingredients. You can add some vegetables.
