Ghee Rice

Ingredients:
- Rice 1 cup
- Onion slice 1
- Cloves 3-4
- Bay leaf 1
- Cinnamon 1 inch
- Cardamom 2-3
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash rice and soak for 15 minutes.
- Heat ghee in pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
- Now fry onion until soft.
- Then put rice and fry more.
- Put 1-1/2 cup water, add salt, cover pan and bring to boil on high flame.
- Then cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame until water absorbs in rice.
- Serve with hot chicken stew.
Ghee Rice is tasty dish. It is new rice dish. Rice is cooked in ghee and served with chicken stew.
