Masala Gosht

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1 kg
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 5-6
  • Chopped ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Ghee or Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice for garnish

For Gosht Masala:

  • Cinnamon 2-3
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Green cardamom seeds 3-4
  • Black cardamom seeds 4-5

Method:

  1. Fry all gosht masala ingredients on tawa and crush it.
  2. Now keep it aside.
  3. Now flat undercut with hammer.
  4. Add undercut, black cumin, cumin, red chilies, green chilies and ginger garlic in pot.
  5. Then add 1 to 1-1/2 cup water and tender it.
  6. When undercut tender, add oil and roast it.
  7. Then take out in dish, garnish with lemon juice and serve.

Masala Gosht is tasty dish. It is prepared with undercut beef. Serve it with rice or naan.
