Masala Gosht

Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 1 kg
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 5-6
- Chopped ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Ghee or Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice for garnish
For Gosht Masala:
- Cinnamon 2-3
- Cloves 4-5
- Green cardamom seeds 3-4
- Black cardamom seeds 4-5
Method:
- Fry all gosht masala ingredients on tawa and crush it.
- Now keep it aside.
- Now flat undercut with hammer.
- Add undercut, black cumin, cumin, red chilies, green chilies and ginger garlic in pot.
- Then add 1 to 1-1/2 cup water and tender it.
- When undercut tender, add oil and roast it.
- Then take out in dish, garnish with lemon juice and serve.
Masala Gosht is tasty dish. It is prepared with undercut beef. Serve it with rice or naan.
