Ingredients:
- Eggplant 2
- Tahini sauce 1/3 cup
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Walnuts for garnish
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Bake eggplant in oven for 20-30 minutes, take out from oven and remove its skin.
- Then keep on cooking board, cut it, put in bowl, add yogurt, tahini sauce, salt, black pepper and lemon juice, keep in fridge for 5-10 minutes and serve.
Moutabel is amazing dip. It is Lebanese dip. It is prepared with eggplant.
