Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 250 gm
- Milk 500 ml
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Cream 1 packet
- Kewra essence 1 tsp
- Cinnamon as required
- Green cardamom as required
- Mixed dry fruit 2 cups
- Silver paper for garnish
- Brown sugar as required
Method:
- Put milk, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon and kewra essence in bowl, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
- Then keep puff pastry on tray, top with mixture, sprinkle cream and brown sugar and bake on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
- Then garnish with dry fruits and silver paper and serve.
Umm-e-Ali is Egyptian pudding dessert. Puff pastry, milk & cream are used and baked in oven. You must try this pudding.
