Beef Fajita

Ingredients:
For Marination:
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Grated lemon 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2-1/2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Beef stock 14.25 oz
For Fajita:
- Flank steak 250 gm
- Chicken breast 250 gm
- Capsicum 2
- Sweet onion 1
- Oil as required
- Salsa 1 cup
- Sour cream 1/4 cup
- Cilantro as required
Method:
- For marination: Marinate steak and chicken with marination ingredients overnight.
- Now grill steak and chicken with capsicum and onion in saucepan and grill for 8 minutes on both sides.
- Then put cilantro and serve sour cream and salsa.
Beef Fajita is delicious dish. Beef is marinated and grilled. Served with vegetables, sour cream and salsa.
