Schezwan Fish

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet as required
  • Corn flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 2 cups
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Chili oil 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green onion for garnish
  • Salt 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Dry fish fillet, add salt, coat with corn flour and fry in oil.
  2. Then add chili oil and garlic, stir it and add tomato ketchup.
  3. Now add vinegar and sugar, mix it nicely, add fried fish, garnish with green onion and serve.

Schezwan Fish is amazing dish. Fish fillet is used. Then it is coated with corn flour and fried.
