Sesame Fish With Mint Chutney

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 1/2 kg
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs as required
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
For Chutney:
- Mint leaves 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 3
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
- For chutney: Put mint leaves, lemon juice, garlic, green chilies and salt in blender, mix with yogurt nicely and serve with fish.
- For fish: Marinate fish with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, lemon juice and garlic paste.
- Now toss in maida and dip in beaten eggs.
- Then coat with bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
- Then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Now serve with chutney.
