Coconut Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 100 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk 1 tin
  • Eggs 6
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Grated coconut as required

Method:

  1. Cook milk.
  2. Put eggs, cream, coconut milk, vanilla essence and sugar in pot and beat it.
  3. Then put milk and mix it.
  4. Now cook sugar, make caramel, put in mold and set it.
  5. Then put coconut.
  6. Now put eggs mixture, bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes, cool it, put almonds and serve.

Coconut Pudding is delicious and amazing pudding. Sugar caramel is spread in mold and coconut & eggs mixture is added. Then baked in oven. You must try this pudding.
