Smiling Face Pizza

Ingredients:

• Bread slices 6
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Chopped capsicum cubes 1
• Chopped onion 1 cup
• Emborg sweet corn 1/2 cup
• Emborg mushrooms 1/2 cup
• Olive slice 2 tbsp
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Chopped tomato 1
• Cheddar cheese slice 6
• Ketchup for garnish
• Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  

Method:

1. Keep bread slices on baking tray.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and fry garlic paste.
3. Now put capsicum, mushrooms, corn and olives and fry for 5 minutes.
4. Then take out fried vegetables and spread with pizza sauce on bread slices.
5. Now keep cheese on bread slices, make smiling face with ketchup and bake for 10-12 minutes.
