Apple Kheer

Ingredients:
- Grated apples 4
- Milk 2 liter
- Rice 1 cup
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Sugar 1 cup
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Kewra 1/2 tsp
- Almonds, Pistachios 100 gm
- Finely chopped dates 25 gm
Method:
- Cook milk.
- When it boils, put crushed rice and cook it.
- When thick, put grated apples, cardamom powder, sugar, condensed milk and saffron and cook for 20 minutes.
- When thick, put 50 gm almonds & pistachios and 12.5 gm dates.
- Then take out in dish, garnish with remaining almonds, pistachios and dates and serve.
Apple Kheer is delicious kheer. The addition of condensed milk, saffron and almonds is amazing. Must try this sweet dish.
