Overnight French Toast

Ingredients:
- Packed light brown sugar 1 cup
- Corn syrup 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/4 cup
- French bread 10 slices
- Milk 2-1/2 cups
- Maida 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Put brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in saucepan, cover it, cover it and cook on medium flame until bubble comes.
- Now put mixture in greased baking dish.
- Then make layer of bread slice on top of corn syrup.
- Now put milk, maida, vanilla essence, salt and eggs in bowl and whisk it nicely.
- Then put eggs mixture on top of bread slices layer.
- Now cover it and keep in fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
- Before baking, combine sugar and cinnamon powder and put on bread.
- Then bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 50 minutes or till golden.
Overnight French Toast is amazing dish. Prepared with French bread, corn syrup, milk and brown sugar. Kept in fridge overnight and then baked.
