Sabzi Pulao

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Peas 1 cup
- Potatoes 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Carrots 2
- Green chilies 6
- Butter 50 gm
- Raisins 100 gm
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat butter, put black pepper, salt, cumin, green chilies and water and cook on low flame.
- When 1 cup stock remains, close stove.
- Then heat oil in other pot, fry potatoes, tomatoes, carrots and peas and add water.
- When vegetables tender, put boiled rice and salt and mix it.
- Then add raisins and stock and simmer it for 20 minutes.
- Sabzi pulao is ready.
Sabzi Pulao is tasty dish. It is prepared with 4 vegetables. Raisins in also added. You can add some more vegetables. Serve with raita.
