Mutton Kunna

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Goat trotters 2
- Chopped onion 2
- Gulzar special kunna masala 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Roasted flour 2 tbsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ginger slices for garnish
For Special Kunna Masala:
- Black cumin seeds 6 tbsp
- Mace 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 8 tbsp
- Whole black pepper 2 tbsp
- Star anise 2 tbsp
- Cloves 1 tbsp
- Green cardamom 1 tbsp
Method:
- For kunna masala: Roast all masalay on tawa or pan.
- Now put all roasted masalay in blender and blend it nicely.
- Kunna masala is ready.
- For mutton kunna: Make stock of trotters.
- Heat ghee in matki, put onion, ginger garlic paste and mutton and roast it.
- Now add kunna masala, red chili powder and turmeric powder and roast it.
- Then add trotters stock and cook on low flame.
- When meat tender, dissolve flour in water and add it gradually.
- Thick gravy and take out in dish.
- Sprinkle black cumin, garnish with ginger slices and serve.
Mutton Kunna is delicious dish. It is famous dish of Pakistan. It is similar dish as nihari. It is served with naan.
