Anjeer Ka Halwa

Ingredients:
- Fig 250 gm
- Semolina 250 gm
- Khoya 250 gm
- Milk 1/2 kg
- Ghee 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Crushed green cardamom 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Wash fig with water and make paste.
- Now heat ghee in pan and crackle cardamom.
- Then add fig paste, semolina, ghee and sugar and roast it.
- Then put milk and mix it.
- When mixture is thick and roast it until halwa leaves ghee.
- Then take out in dish and serve.
Anjeer Ka Halwa is amazing sweet dish. Its flavars are delicious. Garnish it with almonds, pistachios and walnuts.
