Ingredients:

  • Undercut boti 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Crushed brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Fries (fried) 1 cup
  • Frozen peas 1 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate undercut with all ingredients except fries and peas for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat oil in pan, spread boti, cover it and cook on low flame.
  3. Serve it with onion rings, coriander leaves, fries and peas.

Lagan Boti is tasty dish. Undercut beef is used. It is marinated with spices and served with fries, peas and onions.
