Ingredients:
- Peas 2 cups
- Crushed brown onion 4 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Whole green chilies 6
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Blended tomatoes 2
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add onion, all masalay and 1/2 cup water and fry it.
- Now put blended tomatoes, green chilies and peas and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Then put coriander leaves and serve with puri or roti.
Masala Matar is tasty & spicy dish. Its flavors are amazing. It is easy dish to prepare. Serve with roti or paratha or puri.
