Ingredients:

  • Peel carrots (small cubes) 200 gm
  • Boiled cauliflower 200 gm
  • Boiled peas 200 gm
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tbsp
  • Boiled french beans 200 gm
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp

For Masalay:

  • Onion seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut all vegetables into small cubes.
  2. Now boil vegetables until done.
  3. Then take it out and dry it.
  4. Now heat 2 tbsp oil, fry remaining ingredients separately and take out.
  5. Then grind with boiled vegetables, store in jar and keep in sun for 3-4 hours.
  6. Then use it.

Mix Vegetable Pickle is achar dish. It is prepared with common vegetables. Make it at home.
