Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Arvi 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 3
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Wash arvi, peel it, grease hands with oil and spread turmeric on arvi.
  2. Now put mutton, hot water, onion, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and oil in pot and cook on medium flame.
  3. When water of meat dries, put arvi and whole green chilies and roast it nicely.
  4. Also put hot water.
  5. When arvi tenders, put lemon juice, all spice, coriander leaves and green chilies and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Oil comes up, delicious arvi gosht is ready.
