Potato Gratin

Ingredients:
- Butter 2 tsp + 2 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Thyme 1 tsp
- Garlic bashed 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
- Potatoes 3
- Grated cheese 5 tbsp
Method:
- Add 2 tsp butter with cream in pan.
- Add thyme, garlic, salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
- Let cream reduce a little.
- Add sliced potatoes and 3 tbsp cheese.
- Let cream reduce further till thick and coat potatoes completely.
- Transfer creamy potatoes in greased baking dish.
- Top with rest of cheese and butter.
- Bake till cheese melts and golden brown.
