Spanish Chicken Quiche

Ingredients:
For Pie Crust:
- Butter 150 gm
- Vegetables 150 gm
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Salt 10 gm
- Water 75 gm
For Stuffing:
- Cream 1/2 liter
- Eggs 4
- Egg yolk 1
- Chicken 500 gm
- Spinach 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
- Mushrooms 1 tin
Method:
- Preheat oven on 175 degrees C.
- Mix maida and salt, mix with butter, vegetables and little water and make dough.
- Then make balls, fold in plastic and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll dough, keep on pie plate and sprinkle cheddar cheese.
- Mix chicken, spinach, mushrooms, cream, salt and black pepper nicely and put on pie.
- Whisk eggs and put on chicken mixture.
- Add remaining cheese, bake in oven for 20-25 minutes and serve.
Spanish Chicken Quiche is savory dish. Pie crust is prepared with butter and maida. Stuffed with chicken & spinach mixture, topped with cheese and baked.
