Mughlai Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp

For Mince Filling:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Beaten eggs 2

Method:

  1. For mince: Heat oil and fry onion.
  2. Now add mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, all spice and tomato paste, cover it and cook it.
  3. Mix maida, flour, salt, ghee and sugar, knead with milk and leave for 1 hour.
  4. Now make 4 small balls, roll like saucer (dishware) and fill mince it it.
  5. Then fold on all sides and close it.
  6. Roll dough after 15 minutes and fry with ghee on tawa.
  7. Put beaten eggs on one side.
  8. Then put egg on other side, fry it and serve.

Mughlai Stuffed Paratha is tasty dish. Mince filling is stuffed in paratha and fried. Serve with raita.
