Mughlai Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Maida 2 cups
- Flour 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
For Mince Filling:
- Mince 250 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Beaten eggs 2
Method:
- For mince: Heat oil and fry onion.
- Now add mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, all spice and tomato paste, cover it and cook it.
- Mix maida, flour, salt, ghee and sugar, knead with milk and leave for 1 hour.
- Now make 4 small balls, roll like saucer (dishware) and fill mince it it.
- Then fold on all sides and close it.
- Roll dough after 15 minutes and fry with ghee on tawa.
- Put beaten eggs on one side.
- Then put egg on other side, fry it and serve.
Mughlai Stuffed Paratha is tasty dish. Mince filling is stuffed in paratha and fried. Serve with raita.
