Murgh Aloo Bukhara

Ingredients:
- Chicken (8 pieces) 1 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Whole red chilies 10-12
- Plum (soaked) 12
- Potatoes (big) 2
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Wash chicken, dry it and marinated with salt for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil, put 1 cup water, plum and red chilies, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add chicken and potatoes and simmer it on low flame.
- Then fry it and serve.
Murgh Aloo Bukhara is delicious dish. It is prepared with few ingredients. Serve with rice or naan.
