Zafrani Rusk Pudding

Ingredients:
- Milk 4 cups
- Eggs 4
- Rusk 4
- Sugar 8 tbsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put milk in bowl and soak rusk for 15 minutes.
- Now add eggs and sugar and blend for 1 minute.
- Take out mixture in pan, put sugar caramel and saffron and bake on water.
- Heat oven on 180 degrees C and bake rusk mixture for 40 minutes.
- Then cool it overnight and serve.
Zafrani Rusk Pudding is delightful pudding. Rusk is soaked in milk, caramel & saffron is added and baked. Must try this recipe.
