Ingredients:

  • Maida 300 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • White sesame seeds, Almonds, Pistachios, Coconut 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Ghee as required

Method:

  1. Put maida in mixing bowl.
  2. Then put eggs, yogurt, sugar, white sesame seeds, almonds, pistachios, coconut and baking soda and mix it nicely.
  3. Now add little water and make batter like pakoray.
  4. Then heat oil in pan.
  5. Put oil on 2 spoons.
  6. Then take out batter with spoons and deep fry it.
  7. Keep tissue paper on plate and take out gulgulay.
  8. Then take out gulgulay in serving dish, sprinkle icing sugar and serve.

Gulgulay is mini donuts. It is similar to pakora. then batter is prepared with maida, eggs & yogurt and deep fried. It is an Indian dish.
