Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice 1 kg
  • Finely chopped green onion leaves 1 cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1 cup
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Finely chopped carrots 2
  • Eggs 6
  • Finely chopped garlic cloves 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sesame oil few drops
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Boil rice with water in big pot.
  3. Also put vinegar and salt.
  4. When it boils, drain water and simmer it.
  5. When rice simmered, take it put and spread on paper.
  6. Rice will be dry and crisp.
  7. Heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
  8. Beat eggs, mix yellow color, put in oil and stir it fast.
  9. When eggs becomes pieces, add carrots, spring onion leaves, capsicum, capsicum, vinegar, salt and chicken cube flour, roast it and put rice.
  10. Take spoon on both hands and mix rice up and down on high flame.
  11. When all ingredients are mixed, put sesame oil and serve hot.

Egg Fried Rice is tasty & delicious rice dish. Eggs is fried and cooked with rice & vegetables. It is easy rice dish to prepared. Serve with raita.
